By joining PharmСashUSA you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you have no right to obtain information from pharmcashusa.com or to use this web site.

Activity

Your active participation in our program is only to advertise pharmaceutical products and receive commissions from orders made by consumers referred to stores operated by pharmcashusa.com.

Commissions

Initial commission is 40% from sales. If you make more than 100 sales during a week, next week the commission will be set to 45%; more than 300 sales yield a 50% commission. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the total sum to cover all refunds and chargebacks from your total commissions in case such a refund and/or chargeback will be found fraudulent.

If you refer another affiliate to PharmСashUSA, you will be entitled to get 10% of the total sum of all the commissions due to such affiliate. You cannot be your own referral.

The calculation period is one calendar week from Friday (inclusive) to Thursday (inclusive). The earned commission will be paid weekly, on Mondays, in a week when the calculation period is ended.

The minimum amount for the first payment must be at least $100.

Prices

You can set custom prices for each product, but these cannot be less than the minimum price pre-set by us.

No Spam Policy

Any e-mail advertising is defined as spam. An Affiliate engaging in spam in connection with their Affiliate Account with PharmСashUSA will have their affiliate account closed and no commission will be paid.

Traffic Anti-Theft Policy

We do not tolerate Traffic Theft. An Affiliate engaging in Traffic Theft in connection with their Affiliate Account with PharmСashUSA will have their affiliate account blocked and owner of account will have 1 business week to resolve the problem. If no conclusive evidence will be shown, account will be closed and no commission will be paid.

PharmСashUSA.com owns any and all copyright related to this site as a collective work or compilation, and in the selection, coordination, enhancement and arrangement of the site's content. Reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display of the content of this site without prior explicit written permission from PharmСashUSA is strictly prohibited and will be persecuted.

Termination of Affiliate Account

Your Affiliate account may be terminated if you violate our terms and conditions, or by your explicit desire to close your Affiliate Account.
